You only need either your mobile number or email to log in. If you can’t remember your password, you can still sign in using an OTP that is immediately sent to your email.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can opt out of the Membership Programme at any time by contacting rewards@iyacmedspa.com. Please note that your membership tier, unused points, and unused rewards will be forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be reinstated if you choose to rejoin later.

How do I earn points?

You earn points every time you make a purchase at IYAC’s physical store or online websites. For every dollar spent, you’ll earn points according to your membership tier. For your birthday, you will earn 2x points on your first purchase made in your birthday month.
You can also earn points via “Refer a Friend” and “Writing a Review”.

Your accumulated points allow you to redeem rewards. Be sure to check your points balance regularly and use them before they expire!

When do my points expire?

Points are valid for 18 months from the date that they are earned; unused points expire 18 months after the month that they were earned. For example, if you earned 100 points on 15 Mar 25 and 88 points on 22 Apr 25, 100 points will expire on 30 Sep 26 and 88 points will expire on 31 Oct 26, if unused.

To gain the best experience from your membership, be sure to redeem rewards with your points before they expire.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

How do I redeem rewards?

Step 1: Redeem your reward on your mobile device
(Pro tip: Save time by doing this while queueing!)

Log in to your IYAC Rewards account here or by clicking on the IYAC Rewards widget at the bottom left of our website
Tap “Redeem Rewards.”
Select your desired reward and tap “Claim.”
Go to “My Rewards” in the menu bar to view your newly redeemed reward.

(Note: Please select the correct voucher type depending on where you plan to make your purchase —
choose “ONLINE REWARDS” if you’re shopping on our websites, or “IN-STORE REWARDS” if you’re using them in store).

Step 2: Use your reward at checkout

For online checkout:
Log in to your account.
Go to “My Rewards” to find your reward.
Copy the Discount Code and enter it on the checkout page before completing your purchase.
For in-store purchase:
Open “My Rewards” on your mobile device.
Show the redeemed reward to the Frontline staff before payment.
The Frontline staff will key the code into the system and complete the transaction.

(Note: Vouchers must be presented and entered before settlement — they cannot be applied after payment has been processed.)

How do I redeem perks?

Perks are given out by IYAC Rewards without the need for points, typically when the Member attains a milestone (e.g. birthday, tier upgrade). When the milestone occurs, the perks will automatically be dropped into your account for you to claim.

All rewards and perks in “My Rewards Wallet” have an expiry date, which is stated in the T&Cs for each reward or perk.

What is the difference between online rewards and in-house rewards?

Online Rewards can only be used at our website IYAC Medspa and Forest MD

In-house Rewards can only be used at our Physical stores.

The rewards cannot be used interchangeably, so be mindful to redeem the correct reward according to where you wish to utilise the reward. Rewards cannot be changed once they have been redeemed.

No matter which membership tier you are currently at, our Membership Programme is designed to help you enjoy our products and services while earning points and rewards at the same time. It’s our way of saying thanks. We aim to create a community where everyone can enjoy our skincare products and services in a way that feels comfortable and tailored to their individual lifestyle.

That said, the higher membership tiers enjoy a higher rate of points conversion and therefore gain access to more rewards, extra birthday perks, and exclusive surprise experiences.

Existing members can refer their friends to join the Membership Programme and automatically receive a referral reward of 1,000 Pearl Points for each successful referral. This applies when the referred friend makes a purchase.
