Free delivery for orders S$300 and above Flat rate of S$10.90 for orders below S$300 All deliveries are made within Singapore.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

At present, we only deliver within Singapore. If you're located overseas and interested in our products, contact us and we’ll try to assist where possible.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days . After dispatch, you can expect to receive your parcel within 3–5 business days . Once your order is processed, a WhatsApp message will be sent to inform you of the delivery date and the estimated delivery timing. If you need to make changes to the delivery date or timing , please get in touch with IYAC Medspa’s Customer Service at 6738 9929, or email us at info@iyacmedspa.com immediately. ( If your order has not been picked up by our courier partner, rescheduling may be possible.)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt , provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging . For hygiene reasons, used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
