The IYAC Online Shop is exclusively for registered clients. We only deliver to addresses within Singapore.

Placing an Order

Step 1 – Create Your Account

Click on the LOGIN button at the top of the page to create your account.
Enter your personal details under your account. You only need to do this the first time.
Once saved, your information will be securely stored for future use. Please change your password for security purposes.
Read our Privacy Policy.

Using your email address and password, you may access your account online at any time.

Step 2 – Start Shopping

Products listed on the Site are categorised by brand, category or skin concern. You can also use the search function at the top of the page to locate a product quickly.

Not all products are available online. If you're looking for something not listed, please contact us.

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The total cost of your order includes product prices, 7% GST, and delivery fees.

Payment is accepted via VISA or MASTERCARD only. Read our Privacy Policy.

Step 3 – Checkout

After placing an order and completing checkout, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt of your order, along with an order number.

Local Delivery

• S$9 delivery fee for orders under S$300
• Free delivery for orders over S$300 (before GST)

All orders are delivered within 3 working days. Once dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene considerations, all products sold are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not accept exchanges for opened products.
