Black Friday Sale – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The Black Friday Spectacular Sale (“Promotion”) is organised by IYAC Medspa and offers eligible customers discounts on selected Forest MD (FMD) products and beauty services. By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Promotion Period

This Promotion is valid from 1 November 2025 to 30 November 2025, inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

All purchases and bookings must be completed within this timeframe to qualify.

3. Eligible Offers

During the Promotion Period, the following offers apply:

  • Buy 4 FMD products – receive 15% off

  • Buy 6 or more FMD products – receive 25% off

  • Up to 20% off selected beauty services

  • Spend $1,200 or more on FMD products in a single transaction and receive a Travel Size Bundle Set (one per invoice, while stocks last)

4. Conditions of Offer

  • Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.

  • Offers are valid for regular-sized products only and exclude product sets, unless otherwise stated.

  • The complimentary Travel Size Bundle Set is available while stocks last and is limited to one set per invoice.

  • All prices are inclusive of GST.

  • Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless expressly stated.

  • No substitutions, transfers, or cash redemptions are permitted.

  • Services must be booked and paid for within the Promotion Period to qualify for the promotional rate.

5. Availability

All offers are subject to stock and appointment availability.

IYAC Medspa reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Promotion or substitute equivalent items of equal or greater value without prior notice.

6. Returns and Exchanges

In the event of a return or exchange, any refund will be adjusted to reflect the promotional discount applied. The complimentary gift (if applicable) must also be returned in its original, unused condition.

7. General

IYAC Medspa reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend the Promotion at any time without notice.

Errors and omissions are excepted.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
